Welcome to Regional Agricultural Research Station, Ambalavayal aka RARS Ambalavayal ticket booking platform (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

These Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at pooppoli.kau.in (together or individually “Service”) operated by RARS Ambalavayal.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements and agree to be bound of them.

Pooppoli.kau.in of The Regional Agricultural Research Station, Ambalavayal also known as RARS Ambalavayal, offers the opportunity for booking tickets through internet in addition to the existing facility to book the tickets from the various ticket counters at the RARS Ambalavayal. RARS Ambalavayal’s rules for booking of tickets apply to all such transactions.

User Registration

Tickets can only be reserved as a guest user, which means you don’t need to, or you won’t have an account registered on this website. Do not submit any sensitive information in this website unless you are requested to. Terms and conditions specified is applicable for all users.

Agreement

Once you book tickets on this site, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below. Once you have clicked the 'I Agree to the Terms and conditions' button, you have entered into a formal agreement with RARS Ambalavayal for the purpose of transactions on this website. If a user violates the terms and conditions, RARS Ambalavayal reserves the right to cancel any or all ticket booked without any notice. RARS Ambalavayal’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes of Government of India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of RARS Ambalavayal's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by RARS Ambalavayal with respect to such use. You agree that RARS Ambalavayal may provide details of your use of the website to regulators or police or to any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the website, at complete discretion of RARS Ambalavayal.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the reminder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer or user and RARS Ambalavayal with respect to this website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer or user and RARS Ambalavayal with respect to this website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

This agreement is made between:
RARS Ambalavayal and The User - individual, whose details are set out in the home or booking or ticket page.

Our Deliverables

We agree to provide online ticket booking facility to users who agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

In this agreement, the following terms have the meanings stipulated against each:
RARS Ambalavayal or RARS AMB - Regional Agricultural Research Station, Ambalavayal.

Ticket or Online-ticket or E-ticket - Refers to a booking made on this website, for the consummation of which the customer downloaded from the website after a successful transaction or prints out the Digital version of the Ticket which, along with the concerned authorized personal identification, constitutes the authority to visit Regional Agricultural Research Station, Ambalavayal, for the specified date and specified number of visitors selected while booking in lieu of the regular ticket on standard Stationery. A ticket is valid for one visit only on the specified date and with specified number of visitors selected while booking the ticket.

Authorized ID - Proof of identity of the visitor or user.

Security

All payments towards the cost of the tickets issued will be through one of the payment mode provided on the payment page. To ensure security, your card details are NOT stored in our Website.

Advance Booking:

Normally 30 days advance booking is possible. However, the number of days fixed for advance booking is liable to be changed.

Maximum Tickets:

Ticket for a maximum of 100 visitors can be booked per ticket at a time for a specified date. Booking through Internet is allowed for a given time and days which is 07.00 AM to 07.00 PM on all working days of RARS Ambalavayal defined by RARS, Ambalavayal. However, the time allowed for booking is liable to be changed.

Scope of Service

All rules and regulations applicable for tickets purchased for visiting RARS Ambalavayal also apply to reservation through the Internet.

Ticket Price

Basic ticket price for adults and children (age between 6 and 12 years) are shown in the ticketing booking platform. While booking tickets through online, payment gateway charges shall be paid in extra. Children below the age of 6 years are free to book along with other adult tickets. A ticket booked is necessary for any type of visitors. These charges are defined by RARS Ambalavayal and is liable to be changed.

Payment Option

All transactions on Internet are subject to the conditions stipulated by the Payment / Financial Gateway and subject to levy of charges, Facilities Available

Credit Card / Debit card transactions, Debit Card + ATM PIN, Internet Banking, Wallets, UPI

Confirmation of Booking

Your booking of ticket will be confirmed online, after completion of transaction process successfully. An unique transaction ID or ref no will be automatically generated which should be kept safely for future reference. All charges including, payment gateway charges, fees, duties, taxes etc will be realized from the customer.
If, for any reason, there is failure of transaction / booking, the entire amount debited from your payment method will be credited back automatically with in seven banking days.

ID Proof

Visitors may carry authorized ID while visiting RARS Ambalavayal, which may be requested at the entry point.

Modify Ticket

If you made a booking with wrong information, please contact us with the proof of booking and payment details immediately.
